Precision Below the Surface ⚡🏗️
What looks like organized chaos is actually one of the most important stages of a build.
At one of our Waterloo locations, the Live Electric team is hard at work completing slab rough-ins ahead of the concrete pour. In this photo, you can see conduit runs being carefully routed and secured, along with multiple sleeve and stub-up locations prepared for future electrical pathways throughout the building.
Those capped sleeves and conduit pathways are intentionally placed to ensure power, lighting, systems, and future connections can move seamlessly between floors and key building areas once construction progresses. Every bend, spacing requirement, and placement matters — because once the concrete is poured, precision is everything.
This stage takes detailed planning, coordination with multiple trades, and skilled hands on site to make sure everything is exactly where it needs to be before the next phase begins.
Proud of the crew putting in the work and building it right from the start.
