What goes behind the finish matters.

On this four-season sunroom addition, the exterior was built with long-term performance in mind. Behind the stone finish, we used ZIP System sheathing for a tight exterior envelope, spray foam insulation for comfort, and Benjamin Obdyke Slicker Max rain screen to allow proper drainage and airflow behind the cladding.

That means the wall assembly is designed to manage moisture, breathe properly, and perform for years to come.

A beautiful finish is important, but the details behind it are what make it last.

A refined year-round addition, built to feel like it was always part of the home.

For this project, we removed the existing patio door and created a connection between the original living space and the new addition, allowing both areas to flow together seamlessly.

The exterior was finished with a clean stucco system, giving the addition a timeless look that complements the home without overpowering it.

Behind the finish, this build was engineered with ZIP System R-sheathing for improved thermal performance, air sealing, and long-term protection from the elements.
