So this is official. After nearly killing myself working an insane number of hours this past 1 1/2 years it is time to either slow down or build up.
Being me I have decided to build up because the sky is the limit.
I would like to introduce my new company name and logo and already working under this name as well.
Handy Hubby 4 Hire shall still be open for your residential needs because Macken Construction Inc shall be devoted to the ICI sector.

I have had several customers complain to me that I charge a 1 hr minimum for services. They don't understand that the 10 or 15 minute job really takes me more than that. I have to factor in grabbing supplies. Even a box of screws I have to go purchase takes my time. Then to drive to their homes to do said 10 or 15 minute job.
I have been told I should only charge for time at their house.
I want to help people but I am not doing it for free. I am giving up my free time to do these services.

So how do you think i should handle this?

Everything we took out of her yard and everything we brought into her yard had to come through her home because there was no back yard access.
So Mack basically carried everything back and he also did all the stone work.

So you need work done around your house and don't know how to do it.
That is where come in. With 40 years of Construction experience along with my collection of tools I am able to help you out.
I won't be like most contractors who say the job is to small, or who will gouge you for your hard earned money. I will come do the work at an affordable rate. On bigger jobs that you want to do but have no knowledge on how to do it I can work beside you to help you and teach you how to do it.
