Some serious Squirrel damage in this attic. So lucky there has not been a fire. This was one of 3 locations that required replacing.
If you have squirrels in your attic, better have a look.

Forget panic buying of toilet paper, perhaps it's time to install heated bidet toilet seat.
Give me a call when you need to add a gfci receptacle to power it.

Completed Electrical code update last week. Ready for the 24th edition to take effect February 2019.
Time to read through the highlights again.

Received my certificate from The Calgary Residential Rental Association this week.
No call out fee for CRRA members. Looking forward to providing service to this community.
