The 4-way circuit from my nightmares.

If you’re planning to do your own developments I recommend at-least talking to a professional first or even just Googling how to do the more complicated circuits. This will prevent the headache of me having to figure out what in the world you were thinking when you installed this mess 😆

I was able to decipher what was going on but it took quite a bit of time and searching through other junction boxes in the home to find the splice points.

Working on a 15ft scaffold is somehow scarier than working in a live 1200A switchgear to me. Job still gets done though!

Been doing a lot more rural work since moving out of the city and I’m really enjoying getting back to my roots of small town living! I started working on farms as a teenager with my grandad so I’ve seen a lot of crazy things farmers have done to keep things operating. I can come clean things up to make sure it’s safe and code compliant.

Getting qualified trades people out to rural communities is sometimes difficult but Hera Electric services all municipalities around central Alberta! 👷🏼‍♀️

Teaching is one of my favourite things to do and I’m glad I always find ways to connect with young adults who are considering trades for their future careers!

If you know me you know how passionate I am about Cows. There’s a whole list of rules pertaining to livestock in Alberta to keep our animals safe and farms running.

Many farms will take on their own electrical work and not use approved devices for the location. Following the rules leads to less repairs needed in the future and safe livestock.

Let’s do things the right way and keep our farms running smoothly!
