Skills can be taught, but genuine care like this? That’s just how our team is. Huge shoutout to a Technician from our North zone, who saw a child in need of help and didn’t hesitate to provide assistance!

Thanks for making us proud!

From job sites to the shop, we sometimes get a few little visitors along the way. 🐇🦌🦆

As a landscaping company, we work closely with nature every day, and that also means being mindful of the wildlife around us. Our team always does their best to be aware, respectful, and avoid disturbing any animals we come across while working.

A small reminder that we share these spaces with local wildlife too. 🌿

James Hartley – 4 Years of Growth at LBN💪🤩

James joined LBN almost four years ago as a Technician. Since then, he’s grown into a Field Supervisor and he’s earned every step of it.

He started out in the field, learning the properties, the standards, and what it really takes to get the job done right. Today, he’s leading crews through busy seasons and long snow events, bringing that same steady mindset and work ethic with him.

We recently asked James what keeps him going.

What’s the key to being happy at work?
“Dedication to fulfilling my potential in all things. When I know I’ve tried my best, even after a tough day, that makes me happy. And a little bit of positivity goes a long way.”

How do you stay motivated during long, tough days?
“Long tough days make me reflect inward. I persevere and see snow storms as battles and my crew as a brotherhood. Sticking together, regrouping and taking breaks as a team is essential.”

We appreciate the leadership James brings to the field and the example he sets for the team every day.

Congrats on almost four years, James 👏
