Must have experience prepping flat work, min 2-3 years concrete experience. We are a landscape and concrete company and do snow removal in winter. Must be ok with Hardscapes as well. This is a year round full time job for the right person (winter salary)Must have a drivers license and transportation to business base. Excellent wage provided. Bobcat experience is defiently preferred!!

Concrete Flat Work Prep Crew Leader
The Great Outdoors Construction is looking for an Experienced Flat Work Crew Leader who can lead a prep crew. Min 5 years experience. Must have a good understanding of setting forms to the proper grades/slopes. Must have proper understanding to set forms. Must have good customer service and people skills to manage a crew. Drivers license and transportation to the job base a must. Bobcat skills are required.
