🌧️ The rain stopped… but we haven’t!
Two weekends after the significant rainfall that moved through our area, our team is still hard at work responding to calls, conducting inspections, and helping property owners understand what may be happening beneath the surface of their homes and businesses.
One of the biggest challenges with water intrusion is that the damage isn’t always visible. A wall can look perfectly dry. A ceiling can appear untouched. But behind those surfaces, moisture can be quietly spreading and creating conditions for much more costly repairs down the road.
That’s where thermal imaging comes in.
The images in this post were captured during recent inspections around town. Thermal cameras allow us to identify temperature differences that can indicate hidden moisture, helping us pinpoint areas of concern without unnecessary demolition. It’s a powerful tool that helps us investigate what the eye can’t see and allows property owners to make informed decisions before small problems become major ones.
If your property experienced heavy wind-driven rain, roof leaks, overflowing gutters, foundation seepage, or unexplained damp spots after the recent storms, it may be worth having things checked out—even if everything appears normal on the surface.
Our team continues to work through inspections, assessments, and repairs from the recent weather event, and we’re committed to helping our community recover quickly and safely.
