Another commercial concrete project in the books. 💪

This 7-Eleven/Esso down in Cochrane had a failing driveway apron and damaged curbs that needed more than just a patch. After demolition, we found the previous contractor hadn’t installed any rebar—one of the reasons the concrete failed prematurely.

We rebuilt it the right way with proper reinforcement, a clean finish, and durable concrete that’s built to handle years of heavy traffic.

One step closer to the pour in Windhorse! 👷‍♂️

The rebar is complete, the under-slab plumbing is in, and everything is coming together before concrete day. Every stage has to be done right before the pour, and we’re excited to keep this project moving.

Another milestone reached in Windhorse, near Springbank, Calgary. ✅

Our team has completed the prep for this 3,200 sq. ft. basement slab, including:

• Rigid insulation foam installation
• Poly vapour barrier
• 15M rebar installed at 16” on center
• Full slab preparation completed to engineered specifications

Inspection has officially been passed, and we’re now getting everything ready for the concrete pour. 💪
