We have just started another basement project in Martinvalley Crescent, Calgary. The basement was completed by the owner but was not a legal basement. We were approached to renovate and convert the basement into a legal one to be rented.
Some of the major modifications include:
1. A side entrance
2. A new kitchen with an island
3. A new bathroom
4. New flooring
5. Framing as needed
6. Sound insulation in the ceiling
7. A separate furnace unit

If you are someone also looking to generate rental income as well through a legal basement, feel free to reach out to us on +1 (403) 401-6321 to explore possible renovation options for your home.
