Hi. Good day. Here is just a friendly reminder that hiring the cheapest guy isnt always a good idea. Shingles were replaced not even 2 years ago. With the high wind gust we had a few days ago this is the result. This $5000 roof was probably done for $4000 but now how much will the repair be? What about the hassles, the stress, and challenge to find a professional willing to fix someone else b.s Cheers. On a side note do not over pay anyone but before hiring the cheapest guy ask yourself, is the outcome will be up to standards and will it last???

Good day. Here are some final pictures of a job we just completed in the SE. Legal basement suite and main floor suite. We did painting, flooring, new baseboards, new upstairs kitchen and backsplash, new vanity and a bounch of lose ends.

Good day you all. Here is a near completed exterrior project we just wrapped up. Replaced buffalo board on the entire house with 1/2 inch plywood. Replaced old aluminum siding with premium color vinyl siding. New facias and sofits. (Missing gutter still) New roof with Malarkey class 4 shingle and all the accessories. Painted electric meter box and gas line to match. New front and rear porch in rubber stone. And I most be missing a few thing but yeah pretty much a new house. Yeah. Window are also new, exterrior plugs and ligh fixtures new. Nothing eas left behind. Please share your thoughts.

Woodpecker damage this old rotten composite to nest in there. We replace with PVC board. More durable and woodpecker wont pick on plastic. Yes the new material still have the same wood grains just heard to see on the picture. A little paint job and it will look like new. Before and after picture.
