Final piece of the puzzle.

We’re wiring up this cascading boiler system — two boilers staged to work in tandem, providing efficient heating and hot water on demand.

The system also feeds the hydronic driveway snow-melt system, controlled by pavement-mounted moisture and temperature sensors that detect freezing conditions and precipitation, automatically calling for heat when snow or ice conditions are present.

One integrated mechanical system built for efficiency, performance and Alberta winters.

The City of Calgary’s Clean Energy Improvement Program (CEIP) begins accepting applications on September 22, 2026, with financing of up to $50,000 available for eligible home energy improvements.

Homeowners can have up to 20 years to repay their CEIP financing, depending on the expected lifespan of the upgrades selected.

Another project getting underway!

Ocean Mechanical is on site at the Brownstone's in Upper Greenwich, a new Partners Development Group project, with HVAC and plumbing rough-ins starting across the first units.

Materials are being dropped and staged in the garages while our crews get to work on the mechanical rough-ins throughout the homes.

Looking forward to seeing this project progress as our crews continue working through the upcoming units.

A Major Milestone for Ocean Mechanical

Ocean Mechanical is proud to be starting work on Vintage, a brand-new 140-unit multi-family apartment development for Partners Development Group in the northwest Calgary community of Greenwich.

Consisting of two apartment buildings with a combined 140 units, this is the largest project Ocean Mechanical has undertaken to date and marks an exciting milestone in the continued growth of our company.

We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Partners Development Group once again and look forward to delivering the high-quality plumbing systems that will help bring this development to life.
