Same house. Completely different feel. 🔨🏠

Our Rossburn renovation was all about opening up the home and making the space work better.

We removed walls and installed structural beams to open up the kitchen and main living area, then brought everything together with a new kitchen, flooring, lighting and finishes throughout.

The result? A brighter, more open and functional home built for the way our clients actually live.

Progress at the Calgary Police Association.

We’ve opened up the space by removing the existing T-bar ceiling and insulation from the ductwork, exposing the mechanical and structure for a sleek, clean industrial finish.

Next up, we’ll finish the walls and trim and get everything cleaned up. Phase 2 will take the transformation even further with a 16’ folding glass door opening the space to the patio and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.

Calming Waters Psychology is taking shape.

A lot has happened behind the walls to get us to this point. Framing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, inspections, insulation and drywall are all coming together as we move into the finishing stages.

Commercial tenant improvements are all about coordination. Multiple trades, building requirements, inspections and tight timelines all have to come together in the right sequence.

Great work from our team and trade partners keeping this project moving.

Carrington Basement Progress 🔨

Big progress at our Carrington basement project. Framing and rough-ins are complete, followed by drywall, primer and ceiling texture. Doors and trim are now installed and we’re into the finishing stages.

It’s all coming together and starting to look like a completely different space.

Another step forward at Calming Waters Wellness.

We’re working through a tight schedule on this project, so coordination between trades and keeping each stage moving is critical.

The framers are finishing up and Wiehler Mechanical is already underway with the plumbing and HVAC rough-ins. The space is taking shape quickly as we keep pushing toward the next stage.
