Niko, Victor and Adriana were proud to attend the 2026 CALEP Conference in Edmonton earlier last week. We were also pleased to co-sponsor the coffee breaks alongside .

It was great to connect—and reconnect—with so many wonderful people in the industry. The keynote presentations were excellent, the venue was beautiful, and as always, the vibes were incredible.

A big thank you to all the organizers for the time and effort that went into making the event such a success. We left feeling both inspired and informed, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s conference in Victoria!

Welcome to the jungle. Photos don’t do it justice, but this place might be cursed. Four days of deadfall, thick regrowth and vegetation so dense the Millgeo crew can’t see their feet. Every step is a guess—and somehow, they’re still getting the job done.

Surveying: where “off the beaten path” is sometimes an understatement.

Brady, Niko and Adriana were proud to represent Millennium Geomatics at the Ch. 62 IRWA Golf Tournament in Spruce Grove! We were pleased to sponsor a hole and host a virtual longest-drive competition using a Garmin launch monitor. It was great seeing the stats come to life—and watching everyone have some fun (and friendly competition!) with it.

Thanks again to all the organizers for a great day. We’re already looking forward to next year! 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️

You can plan the shots, but you can’t schedule the trains! Our Millgeo crew was in the middle of an ASCM search when this decided to roll through and block the view. Coffee break time?

First it’s beautiful, then it’s brutal! 🌾 Our Millgeo crew’s tripod may be easy to spot above the canola, but getting to it is another story. At this stage, the plants are tall, dense and unforgiving — every step through the field is a battle!

Surveying in the prairies: where sometimes the toughest part is simply getting to the shot.

There’s something downright creepy about logs sticking out of an otherwise ordinary road. Almost like the forest is reaching back for what was taken.
