Wait, no? Hot wire is bonded to the ground lug? I can't make this up. I've never seen hot to ground and the breaker not tripping.

Customer says the kitchen sink is draining slow. How the heck did a fork get past the drain basket?
Decided to replace the 60yr old copper drain with modern ABS that has a cleanout on the P-trap.
