Great review from Nicole... "Great family company to hire! From Phyllis who answered the phone who was lovely, to the dad (JD) & son (Alex) team that showed up to work on our issue. I appreciated they looked at things first before cutting into the walls / ceiling. I really enjoyed my chats with JD, as he was a stellar gentleman & we had some good giggles. They were very clean which I was very happy about as I'm a clean freak 😂

The only downfall was that we worked in the industry years prior & we knew the costs of parts. It was a little higher than what we expected as they said they were waiving the fee to come out as long as we used them for the work to be done.

All in all I would use them again & still give them 5 stars as I really enjoy supporting a family based business."
