Great review from Ruth... "What a great company!
The hot water line under my bathroom sink sprung a major leak, water running down the walls downstairs and right through the thermostat for the fireplace and through a light switch. Yes these boxes were not sealed on the other side of the wall in the utility room with water lines right above them!! I had to shut off the main line as houses do not have shut off valves on any of the lines anymore. Sideline, this should be standard building code.
This happened at 2:00 PM on a Friday. Two hours of calling plumbers and oh lord the run around was so frustrating. Call centre after call centre and I finally got Son-Rise and just the personal touch on the first call was such a relief. One of the owners, JD, was here within the hour, he was incredibly helpful with assessing the damage, changed the lines under the sink and installing shut off valves.
Once the repairs were made JD went through the basement and checked everything again to make sure it was safe.
I also had a leaky tap. And rather than just changing the cartridge I opted to have a new tap installed. And yes, a fully outfitted parts truck meant he had everything required. My bathroom looks so great! I know a new tap seems like a small thing but the builder grade taps installed 19 years ago had really degraded and a small thing changed that bathroom!"
