We're looking to hire an organized, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our service department. We sell and service hot tubs, pools, swim spas and saunas, helping customers enjoy their investment long after the initial purchase.

This role brings together team leadership, daily scheduling, customer care and service operations. You’ll ensure our technicians have the information, parts and support they need, while keeping customers informed and service work moving from the first call through to completion.
