2025: That’s a wrap!

It’s been a monumental year for the EPIC Contracting team. Between a record number of successful renovations and crossing the finish line on our first-ever new build, we’ve stayed busy and inspired.

Take a look at this very custom and unique shower we built. This was a relatively small bungalow we renovated and as we were doing our roughins our client felt the bathroom was still a bit small. We came up with this idea of building a bump out to gain about 2’ in his bathroom. Doing the floating bench and curbless shower was another idea we offered to make the space feel larger. It was a lot of work but we couldn’t be happier with the results! Swipe to see our progress throughout the build!

Check out this impressive 950 sqft garage we built with 10’ ceilings inside! This wasn’t just any ordinary garage. Due to the soft ground, we supported the slab with 23 screw piles, some reaching depths of 30 feet to reach bearing capacity. Not only is it structurally sound, but it’s also heated, equipped with solar, and features storage trusses for extra attic storage! Swipe to see the incredible progress from start to finish.
