We know spray foam needs time to off-gas… but apparently so does the crew. 💨

Employee Spotlight: Trace Low 😎

Left-handed. A twin. History buff. And the start of an acting career in our Hans & Franz SNL Spoof. Trace is basically the collector's edition 😜

When his twin Austin said he was the less good looking one, Trace had a comeback ready: "I will always have something on him… an appendix." 😂

"Beyond has some great people in each of their respective fields, and everyone feels like they're someone you can easily spark a conversation with."

His favourite job was a "doozy", a 95-ton grain elevator pad in Trochu. It was scheduled for two days and done in under 10 hours. "It couldn't have gone more perfectly than it did."

Trace started out as a roofer and floated around different divisions until lifting stuck, and that couldn't have gone more perfectly than it did.

Shoutout to Trace!

Employee Spotlight: Miguel Natalia 🥋

Fair warning before you pick a fight with Miguel... he won three taekwondo gold medals at age 8 😂 He also hits the gym six days a week after his shift, so realistically just... don't.

"What I love most about working at Beyond is the people and the opportunity to learn. Everyone is willing to help and teach you, especially when you're new."

He's on our firestopping crew, and his favourite job so far is a big one that we're not allowed to name: "It's a very large project and I'm glad to be a part of it."

Austin Low referred him to Kat and wanted him on the team, and we're so glad he did! Thanks, Austin!

Shoutout to Miguel!
