Construction is well underway at Settlers Block — right in the heart of downtown Canmore — and with that comes a unique set of logistical challenges.

Tight site access, minimal laydown space, noise restrictions, and steady pedestrian traffic mean every move on-site needs to be carefully coordinated. From managing deliveries in a high-traffic area to staging materials off-site, it’s a balancing act — and our crew is rising to the occasion.
