At PECI, mental health is part of safety. Same as a hard hat and a pair of boots. You don’t skip it because you’re tough. You take care of it because you’re smart.
Our 24/7 Mental Health Support line is available to every employee, any time, day or night. Right there on the sticker.
This year we have been working together to spread the word and talk about mental health. Monthly 30 minute wellness sessions at our team BBQs. A partnership with Orenda Society to support our field crews and leaders. Five sessions through the year on things that actually matter: health and nutrition, resilience, setting boundaries with your phone, mental health resources, and the five fundamental needs.
Our crews get a say. If there’s a topic you want covered, tell us. We’ll build it in.
No lectures. Practical tools, conversations, and support that doesn’t stop when the session ends. Our people are what make this company progress, and real support for the rainy days are part of the support system available to every single person at Professional Excavators.
