As busy professionals that demand quality and excellent service, we personally went through the search for the perfect window coverings for our home. We found four flaws with our search and knew we could enhance not only the service, but the overall price.

- TIME : Avoid waiting over 30-45 minutes for a "windows covering" specialist at a big box store.

- FLEXIBILITY : Evening and after-work hour

s did not work for the big box store specialist. Customers had to cater to their 8-4 schedule.

- COST : Avoiding stores that have expensive showrooms and home builder add-ons that pass costs onto the consumer.

- INFORMATION : Avoid purchasing cheap replicas that break/rip post installation. After purchasing the blinds from a retailer, we had to do something about the whole process and truly assist others.
