I had the opportunity to build this plaque for my grandpa and mount it at the fishing camp he built himself. Made from 4-inch-thick white oak, it was built to stand the test of time. It was special to share the moment with family and see it mounted on the shed beside the camp.

I have just finished my first rocking chair in a run I plan on continuing in the fall. This chair is the same chair that I made while I was at but has been heavily modified to be more comfortable and more aesthetically pleasing. These modifications include a more curved back support, an internal doweled frame for a better looking weave, a two coloured weave, and the chair armrest to a few. I plan on making at least three more in the fall, but if you are interested in having your own, please let me know!
