"What happens to demo jobs when the weather gets cold in Calgary?"

More than people expect, actually.

Interior demolition — bathroom strip-outs, basement clearances, full interior demos — those happen year-round. The cold doesn't affect interior work at all.

What changes in winter: exterior work. Foundation removal and excavation become significantly harder once the ground freezes — usually by late October or early November in Calgary. If you have an exterior job that needs excavation, September is genuinely the last window.

Interior jobs? Call anytime. Exterior and foundation work? Book it now.
