We’re back on site at the Hillhurst project to walk through where things stand.

The framing is up, and for the first time the scale of what this home is becoming is really starting to show. What was a single-storey 1912 bungalow now has the bones of a two-storey home - two new bedrooms, a new bathroom above, and a main floor being reconfigured to flow the way the family actually needs it to.

There is still a significant amount of work ahead. But this is the stage where a project like this starts to feel real.
