This floor had a lot of work ahead of it.

Our recent St. Catharines residential project started with a heavily worn concrete floor with extensive surface deterioration and remnants of the previous coating.

The goal wasn’t to cover the problems — it was to properly prepare the concrete and build the new floor from the substrate up.
