For generations, the Arlington Bridge has been part of Winnipeg's story.

We’re proud to share that the Norland Kingston General Partnership has been selected to deliver a rail overpass replacement in Langley as part of the Fraser Valley Highway 1 Corridor Improvement Program.

This important project will support the widening of Highway 1, improve safety and reliability, and help keep people and goods moving through one of the province’s busiest transportation corridors. It’s meaningful work that will have a lasting impact on the region and the communities it serves.

We’re looking forward to working with a strong group of partners to bring this project to life, including Kingston Construction Ltd. and the Ministry of Transportation and Transit.

On the final phase of the renewal project for the South Surrey Interceptor, Norland companies Copcan and Bel are working together to deliver one of the largest sewer bypass projects in BC.

South Surrey is one of Canada’s fastest-growing communities, creating a growing demand on critical infrastructure. The project involves, installing a temporary bypass for an existing sewer while the aging pipe is removed and replaced, all while keeping the system operating.

On a project this size, setbacks are part of the work. What matters is how quickly and effectively you can solve them. With Copcan and Bel working together as one team, the right expertise is at the table to tackle challenges, keep the project moving, and deliver smoothly for our client.

The successful installation of the 78th street interchange underpass girders reflect the collaboration, expertise, and commitment to safety that drives projects of this scale forward.

This throwback captures the demolition of two 90-metre surge towers at the John Hart Dam in Campbell River, BC. After months of preparation and coordination, the structures came down in just seconds, creating a moment our crews won't soon forget.90 meters tall. One unforgettable moment. 💥

Time for some Norland Nostalgia!

Some projects never leave you.

At a pulp facility in Port Alberni, Pacific Demolition, a Norland company, safely brought down a 120-foot-tall digester surrounded by active operating buildings, without a single disruption to site operations.

Years later, it's still a project our retired team members talk about with pride.

Some jobs come with a unique set of challenges, and some come with incredible views. This project came with both.

High on a mountainside, our crews tackled complex rockwork in steep terrain where changing weather, difficult ground conditions, and dramatic elevation changes were all part of the day’s work.

From fog rolling through the valley to clear views stretching across the alpine landscape, these images capture the remarkable environments our teams work in and the expertise required to navigate them safely and effectively.
