A new chapter for early learning in Port Moody, BC.
This daycare renovation and expansion accommodates for 37 children and six additional staff, with dedicated spaces for 12 infants and toddlers and 25 children ages 3–5.
Our structural scope included:
• Enclosing an existing balcony to expand interior space
• Enhancing the building’s seismic capacity
• A new ~630 sq. ft. independent canopy over the entry bridge
• Exterior landscape retaining walls along the northeast side
Thoughtful structural design helping create a safer, more functional space for children, families, and staff.
