The Ironwood Project continues to take shape in West Coquitlam, as DMS advances mechanical installations across the 41-storey residential tower in partnership with Axiom and Qualex.

With piping work underway on site, our field team is turning detailed plans into progress through skill, coordination, and teamwork.

Happy Retirement, Barry! 🎉

Barry Odowichuk joined DMS through a former colleague and an opportunity to grow. Two decades later, he's retiring as one of our most respected Foremen, with the Hotel Georgia project standing as a proud milestone of his craftsmanship.

His impact reaches far beyond the job sites. Barry helped shape our company protocols, mentored countless teammates, and built the kind of bonds that made DMS feel like family. His advice to the next generation of tradespeople says it all:

"Pay attention and learn from the others. I started with nothing and got to where I am today. Stick with it, it's worth it."
