Lima Architects provides services to Residential, Commercial, and Institutional clients over the GTA. Fernando Lima, OAA. Is a licensed Ontario architect.

Prior to forming LIMA ARCHITECT in 2014, Fernando has been working since 2005 for a design award winning architectural firm (ATA) in Oakville Ontario as a an associate architect, being responsible for design and project management for several projects. While working at ATA, Fernando had been managing large scale projects from the design to contract administration. LIMA ARCHITECT. The company started in February of 2014 and is now a Ontario registered architectural firm specialized in residential, commercial, mixed use and Industrial projects. The firm provides architectural services using cutting edge design and technology. The firm believes a good design comes from the interaction and collaboration between the client and the architect. The company’s priority is the satisfaction of our clients.

Lisa Towers | Brampton, Ontario

Four towers, one continuous gesture. A diagonal “cut” carves through each tower, creating a visual link that appears to run from one building to the next.
Rising 40, 40, 56 and 65 storeys at Queen Street and Dixie Road, the complex places all parking underground, freeing the ground plane for a landscaped central courtyard that unites the towers.

Designed by Lima Architects, this contemporary event venue was created to deliver a bold visual identity while offering a refined space for gatherings of 400–500 guests.

The project is defined by its iconic “U”-shaped canopy — an elegant architectural feature that shelters the main entrance and extends into a spacious second-floor terrace overlooking the city. The combination of modern materials, expansive glazing, and clean geometric forms creates a sophisticated and memorable presence.
Carefully positioned closer to the street, the building enhances the urban experience while keeping parking hidden behind the structure — a thoughtful planning solution that elevates both functionality and aesthetics.

Even with the challenges of a narrow site, the design achieves exceptional spatial efficiency and a strong architectural character, transforming the building into a standout destination within the area.

Churchill Valley Estates is a contemporary residential subdivision composed of 23 custom homes, designed with a cohesive architectural language focused on simplicity, proportion, and materiality.
