A neutral nursery for the sweetest little babe ☁️ The cloud light over the glider chair has to be our favourite detail. It just GLOWS and creates the most adorable scene.

Project Ponds was on a strict timeline because we were approaching the baby’s due date. It was definitely a CRUNCH TIME finish but we were so thrilled to hand this space back to our clients in time for them to enjoy it before baby’s arrival 👶🏼

PROJECT CARRIAGE TRAIL finally has her reveal debut ✨

This basement remodel was pretty extensive, including moving walls, new flooring and lighting, custom cabinetry, multiple bathroom remodels and design themes that will plan to carry through the rest of the home in the future.

We love how this dark and unused space turned into somewhere this family can entertain in and utilize to its full potential!

The little bathroom that could 🧻

The primary ensuite bathroom at Project Ponds required quite a bit of creativity! The existing space planning of the tiny room was very crammed and didn’t allow for proper clearances around the toilet. By moving some plumbing around and getting creative with some custom cabinetry, this tiny room is now PACKED full of storage and has much better functional flow. Even though there is so much more density in that tiny space, it feels so much bigger.

The off-white tone and simple profile of the cabinetry paired with the warm and rustic features of the decor styling creates the PERFECT elevated farmhouse vibe 🚜

It’s paint sample day over at Project Ponds! Our designer is on site testing out different greens in the nursery and ensuite bathroom. It is WILD how much of a difference paint makes to pull a space together!

This small ensuite bathroom is going to be wrapped in the crisp Chantilly Lace while we add a touch of their Tate Olive on the vanity wall. The vanity was custom made and coated with Alabaster, a soft and creamy white which ties in the colours from the client’s floor and their new incoming quartz countertop.

For the nursery, they juggled a few different olive green and sage green colours but ultimately landed on Evergreen Fog (the middle colour on the last photo).

We have painters starting tomorrow once the trim work wraps up and then the final details will fall into place throughout next week! Can’t wait to show you more once it comes together. 👀

The staircase carpet was installed yesterday over at Project Carriage Trail and it is looking SHARP!

We love to carry a full baseboard up the staircase if possible - it just looks so much more finished and elevated compared to a typical small shoe mould.

Big shoutout to Brad over at for his incredible trim work on this project!
