Basement flush cutting in Burlington.

Old masonry, foundation ledges, and concrete over-pour were sticking 4 to 12 inches into the room after underpinning.

We used specialized flush cutting to trim about 80 linear feet back to the wall line and recover usable space.

Massive rock removal during a residential renovation.

• 20 ft trench section: 1 ft wide, cut and removed
• GPR scanning before drilling and trenching
• Main constraint: live electrical equipment below, so water/slurry control was critical
• Completed in one day

60-foot foundation wall removal in Richmond Hill.

The wall was about 16 feet high, 1 foot thick, and tied into a 3-foot footing. We used diamond wire sawing to separate it from the rest of the foundation.

One day. Two cuts. Controlled removal.
