When our customer needed dedicated space for testing and staff, ProPart supplied custom prefabricated buildings designed to meet the requirements of their facility. Each building was constructed in our controlled manufacturing environment, allowing much of the work to be completed before delivery.

By prefabricating these buildings off site, we provided the customer with functional, purpose built spaces while reducing on-site construction and disruption to their existing operations.

ProPart designed, fabricated, and installed a custom 14' x 19' storage mezzanine for our client to put unused vertical space to work.

Designed for a loading capacity of 125 lbs/psf and complete with a safety guard rail, the mezzanine provides additional warehouse storage. The floor below remains open space and usable with the mezzanine structure above.

Another prefabricated building designed and supplied for a customer in Gogama, Ontario. This custom 10' x 10' building stands approximately 11' high and features steel framing, insulated metal siding, and 4' x 8' insulated double doors.

The building is fully insulated for its Northern Ontario location, with royal blue fascia to match the clients branding for the exterior.

Prefabrication allows us to build to each customer’s requirements before the structure makes its way to site.

For almost 40 years, Danny has been an important part of the ProPart Modular family. His longevity is a reflection not only of his commitment to the company, but also of the relationships, trust, and respect he has built throughout his career.

Over the years, Danny has seen many changes in the industry, in the workplace, and in the way business is done. Through it all, he has remained a steady and familiar presence on the sales team.

Family has always been an important part of who he is. He takes pride in being a dedicated family man and brings many of those same values to his work each day.

For this project, ProPart supplied and shipped a custom 9' x 13' prefabricated pump house, complete with metal siding, a sloped metal roof with gutters, and a door with a protective canopy.

The building also includes two removable access panels for equipment access, along with full electrical and HVAC systems.

By completing the building in our facility before shipping, ProPart Modular reduced the amount of construction required on site while delivering a solution built to the customer's specifications.

This custom 16' x 21' pre-assembled guardhouse was built with steel framing and metal siding, complete with multiple doors and windows to suit the customer’s site requirements.

The building was fully equipped with electrical before shipping, including LED lighting, switches, baseboard heating, and air conditioning. By completing the work in our facility, the guardhouse can arrive on site ready for a quick and efficient installation.

A dedicated packaging hall was required within an existing pharmaceutical facility, with clear separation while maintaining visibility throughout the production space. ProPart designed, supplied, and installed an 8' high System 40 modular divider using full glass walls and sliding glass doors at either end.

Divider partitions are a practical way to create defined areas within an operating facility, with quick installation and minimal disruption to existing heating, lighting, and sprinkler systems. The result is a clean, secure packaging area that makes efficient use of the space already available.

One of the benefits of modular construction is being able to change your space as your operation grows. For this project, we reconfigured an existing 10' x 13' System 48 in plant office and incorporated it into a larger office layout.

The new configuration added three connected office areas, including one 8' x 17' and two 8' x 10' spaces. By working with the existing modular system, the customer was able to utilize much of the existing material instead of purchasing new.

The ProPart team was proud to once again take part in the annual Clover Tool Golf Tournament in support of SickKids Children’s Hospital.

Since 2008, this incredible event has raised over $345,000 for SickKids.

Our team had an amazing day at Nobleton Lakes Golf Club, enjoying great golf, great company, and an even greater cause.

This 16' x 50' electrical equipment building was designed and fabricated for a customer’s jobsite in Milton, Ontario. The steel framed structure was built in our CWB Certified, climate-controlled facility.

The building was delivered with fully completed electrical systems, large sliding windows, and durable vinyl flooring to meet the requirements of the project. Whether it’s one building or multiple units, each ProPart prefabricated building is built to the customer’s specifications and delivered ready for installation.
