So this is scary...a 200 amp service panel on 100 amp rated wire! Definitely no permit, and probably done while still connected to utility (live)...those wires would burn up long before that main breaker tripped 😟. Unfortunately we see this kind of dangerous garbage all too often...please only hire a reputable Licensed Electrical Contractor!
