Replacing exterior sealant at an active industrial facility takes careful planning, especially when access is limited and daily operations need to continue.

Beverly Caulking replaced deteriorated exterior precast joints and man door sealant, coordinating the work around transport trucks and site demands.

Sealant work at vapour barrier and window connection points plays an important role in building envelope performance.

As part of the project, sealant beads were installed at these connection points, followed by water testing around exterior windows and openings to check seal integrity.

Where testing identified areas requiring adjustment, Beverly Caulking returned to complete the necessary corrections.

Good work means checking the details and addressing them when needed.

Some of the most important work in a building is the work you barely notice.

At West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Beverly Caulking worked on sealing details throughout the building - from firestopping and smoke and acoustic sealant to interior caulking.

The project also included caulking of interior door frames, millwork, room fixtures and washroom fixtures, as well as sealant bead installation at vapour barrier and window connection points.

What a day! 💙

Our Beverly Caulking team had a fabulous time at the 2026 Walk to the Lighthouse yesterday, serving up bagels and enjoying time with our community.

More than 780 walkers came out this year - an incredible turnout on a beautiful day!

We were so happy to be part of it. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and support such an important cause.
