Calling all Custom Contracting customers! Refer your friends and family to us and enjoy amazing benefits. Here are the Terms and Conditions you need to know:
1️⃣ Be a loyal Custom Contracting customer to participate.
2️⃣ Your referral becomes qualified after they purchase and pay in full for a Custom
Contracting installed job with a minimum of $1,500.
3️⃣ Each customer can only be referred once, and we can't accept referrals for customers already in our system.
4️⃣ Notify our representative before their first appointment, clarifying that they weren't acquired through other sources. Online referrals must be made at https://offer.custom-contracting.ca/refer5.
5️⃣ In case of multiple referrals for the same person, the first one entered into our system will be eligible. Only one referral per address is accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify referrals submitted in bad faith.
6️⃣ The referral must set an appointment within 30 days of referral to qualify.
7️⃣ Once you reach the 5th referral, we'll refund the full purchase price of your floor, up to $5,000, inclusive of any previous refunds.
8️⃣ Your referral fees of $100 will be deducted from your last Custom Contracting job payment, ensuring the maximum refund doesn't exceed $5,000.
9️⃣ We may verify and disclose referral/referee information.
🔟 If you win, we can choose to apply your referral fee or refund against any balance due under a retail instalment contract.
1️⃣1️⃣ This promotion is not open to Custom Contracting employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, or their immediate families.
1️⃣2️⃣ You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete will not be eligible.
