This custom laundry room brings together classic shaker cabinetry, warm brass hardware and beautiful stone surfaces to create a space that feels just as considered as the rest of the home.

Custom cabinetry that works with the architecture of the home.

This kitchen features painted shaker cabinetry carried right up into the tall ceiling, creating a dramatic built-in look while making the most of the space.

We especially love the open area above the sink. Rather than filling the entire wall with cabinetry, the design leaves room for the pendant lighting and backsplash to become part of the feature, while the surrounding cabinetry frames it beautifully.

Finished with clean black hardware, integrated lighting and plenty of functional storage.

Clean lines with just the right amount of warmth.

This custom kitchen pairs crisp painted cabinetry with a natural white oak range hood, creating a simple focal point without overpowering the space.

The cabinetry is carried right to the ceiling with custom riser and belt moulding, giving the entire kitchen a finished, built-in look. The white oak hood adds warmth and contrast while keeping the overall design clean and timeless.

A great example of how a few carefully considered details can completely change a space.

Smart storage, exactly where you need it.

Two custom pull-outs, each designed with a different purpose.

On one side, a Rev-A-Shelf paper towel pull-out with additional storage for bags, soap and other everyday essentials—keeping everything close to the sink but completely hidden away.

On the other, a dedicated pull-out for large utensils that are usually difficult to organize in a standard drawer.

This is what we love about custom cabinetry. It’s not just about making a beautiful kitchen—it’s about thinking through how every cabinet can make the kitchen work better.

The inside of your cabinetry should be just as custom as the outside.

A look at some of the drawer accessories we built into this kitchen—including a dovetailed paper towel drawer, integrated knife block, large utensil organizer, and custom cutlery dividers.

Everything has a place, everything is easy to access, and the countertops stay clear.

It’s the details that make a custom kitchen feel truly custom.

Floating white oak shelves bring warmth to the space while creating an open area to display some of the things you actually want to see. Integrated lighting adds another layer and highlights the natural character of the oak.

Just around the corner, the white oak continues into a custom coffee bar and appliance garage. Pocket doors slide completely out of the way when open, giving easy access to the coffee station—then close everything away for a clean, seamless look.

When your closet becomes part of the room.

This custom built-in bedroom wardrobe was designed wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling, creating a clean, fully integrated look while adding a huge amount of functional storage.

Tall shaker doors keep hanging and shelving concealed, while the bank of drawers below provides easy access to everyday items—all finished with simple black hardware for contrast.

One of the advantages of custom manufacturing is being able to build cabinetry specifically for the room, rather than trying to make a standard closet system fit the space.

Designed to look good. Built to work even better.

This integrated garbage and recycling pull-out is positioned right beside the sink—exactly where you need it.

But the detail we really love is on the outside. We built the white oak shaker front to look like three individual drawers, perfectly balancing the drawer bank on the opposite side of the stove.

Behind those three “drawers”? One seamless pull-out.

That’s the advantage of truly custom cabinetry. We’re not working around standard cabinet sizes or predetermined configurations. We manufacture each cabinet specifically for the space, allowing the function behind the doors to work exactly as it should—without compromising the design.

This isn’t a junior role. You’ll own the entire client experience from the moment a sale is made — developing the design, running client meetings, locking every decision, and handing off a complete brief to our technical team.

If you love kitchens, you’re great with clients, and you know how to lead someone through a decision without chasing them forever — we want to meet you.

What you bring:
✦ Kitchen & bath design experience — studio, showroom, or builder
✦ Confident presenting designs to real clients
✦ Organized and deadline-driven
✦ Comfortable with kitchen design software — 2020 Design, Winner, or similar
✦ Local to Burlington
