A little Thanksgiving menu update
I’ve been busy in the bakehouse getting some updated photos to share of the Harvest Cookie Collection & the new Autumn Tart Duo!

Thanksgiving pre-orders are open for just a few more days, with ordering closing Wednesday, October 7th at 8 PM (or earlier if anything sells out).

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and the Thanksgiving pre order menu is officially live!

I’m keeping things a little more intentional (and manageable!) while still offering some of my favourite things for your Thanksgiving tables.

Right now you’ll find:
• Thanksgiving Cheesecakes + Cheesecake Flight
• Thanksgiving Cookie Boxes
• Pumpkin Rolls
• Sourdough

I’m still working away behind the scenes, so I may add a few more items to the menu if time allows. (I know last year the Carmel apples were a hit, let me know if you’d like to see those added)
I’m also working on photos for everything, I know it’s always nicer to see what you’re ordering! So I’ll be updating the menu with those as soon as I can.

Just a little Wednesday reminder -
Sourdough orders for this weekend close tonight at 8 PM!

And with these cooler fall days creeping in, we’re officially entering soup + slow cooker season, which also happens to be the perfect season for a fresh loaf of sourdough on the side.
Whether it’s for dipping into a big bowl of soup, alongside a cozy slow-cooker dinner, or simply toasted with butter the next morning, don’t forget to add your loaf to this week’s order.

Taste of Fall 🍂
I wanted to put together a box that feels like everything I love about fall baking..
warm spices, apples, pumpkin, maple and pecans and something you could set out on a cool weekend morning or sunny afternoon with a pot of coffee or tea 🫖

This one includes
•Maple Pecan Upside-Down Cake
•Pumpkin Spice Sugar Cookies
•Apple Fritter Cookies (a favourite from last fall that I had to bring back!)
•Pumpkin Scones.

There are two sizes available, the full Fall Box for $30 (1 dozen pcs) or a small box for $15 (without the scones 1/2 dozen pcs)

This box will only be around for the next couple of weeks as we finish out September, and then the menu will be changing again as we head into October and Thanksgiving!!

Trying out a new recipe today and I’m not 100% satisfied with it just yet…. but picture this —> a rich brioche dough, sweet cream cheese centre and fresh fruit. I mean, there’s definitely potential here!! A few little tweaks and I think I’ll be onto something!

In the meantime, I’m curious… if you could choose your dream “Danish” or “kolaches” topping, what would it be? I have a feeling I may need to do some more “recipe testing” and let’s see what makes it onto the menu!

September means a few new flavours have officially made their way onto the menu!

•Honey Oat Sourdough

A little reminder that I like to keep the menu moving with the seasons, so these are limited-time flavours and things will shift again as we head into October.

As always, if there’s something you’ve been craving or a flavour you’d love to see make its way onto the menu, send it my way! I’m always open to suggestions and love hearing what you’d like to see coming out of the bakehouse next.
