Bought the lot. Now what?

This is the point where building a custom home can start to feel a little overwhelming. You have the land and a pretty good idea of what you want, but turning that into an actual home is a different story.

We’ll look at the lot, talk through what you want to build, work through the design and details, and take it all the way through construction.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you call us. That’s part of our job.

After enough kitchen renovations, you start noticing some things.

People never regret adding more drawers. Nobody complains about having two dishwashers after hosting Thanksgiving. A custom hood always better than something from the show room. And fluted glass somehow makes every kitchen feel warmer.

These aren’t trends to us anymore. They’re features we’d happily build again.
