We are growing, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Financial Controller to take ownership of our accounting and financial operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced controller or senior bookkeeper who is detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves—from day‑to‑day bookkeeping and data entry to system improvements and financial reporting.
What you’ll do

Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations (AP, AR, cash, reporting)
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Work extensively in Odoo ERP and QuickBooks Online
Support administrative accounting tasks and data entry as needed
Assist with accounting process improvements and automations
Liaise with our external accountant and support year‑end activities

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior bookkeeper
Strong working knowledge of Odoo and QuickBooks Online
Comfortable with both strategic oversight and hands‑on ex*****on
Highly responsive, reliable, and professional
Experience in a small to mid‑sized organization is a strong asset

Compensation
💰 $35 to 55/hour, commensurate with experience
