Our team attended the Bucks contractor lunch today. Except for Angela, thanks for holding down the fort! Always good to get the crew out, grab a bite, and catch up with the folks we deal with all year long. 🙌

🏡 Delivery Day on the Lake! 🏡

Tuesday we delivered a brand-new, 2-piece modular home, and this one means a little more to us, because we built the foundation ourselves, start to finish!

🪏 We dug it with our contractor. Broke ground and shaped the pad with the lake right there in front of us.

🧱 We built it. Set up and poured a 4ft ICF foundation: insulated, concrete floor, drain tile, and fully waterproofed. Ready for whatever a Nova Scotia winter throws at it.

🏗️ We set it. Craned both modules clean onto the foundation.

A big thanks to Lawrence Veinotte Enterprises, Dykeman's Trucking and Conrad Excavation for helping us out on this one. Stay tuned to see how this one turns out!

What a journey it has been so far! 🏡

Take a look at the progress on this fully custom home we're building up in Riverport. Two full levels of living on a walkout basement, and here's the kicker: You’ll soon be able to rent this entire unit on Airbnb or Vrbo. 🙌

From the module being craned into place on this beautiful piece of land, to framing the roofline, getting it roof-tight against the elements, and framing the basement, this one has come a long way.

Plenty more to come on this build, so stay tuned to see how she finishes up!

Every stunning home starts with a great plan and this one is completely custom-designed from the ground up!

Starting from the walkout basement to the upper deck with the peak, every detail of this home was designed around exactly what the client envisioned. There will be two fully finished living spaces, top and bottom. The ICF foundation is already in and we are so excited to get this build underway, stay tuned!
