When we received a call at 3.30pm from a customer with a faulty motor starter we jumped right to action, we had a new motor starter built and installed by 10pm ready for production the following morning, the customer only lost 1 hr of production, luckily we had all the new components on the shelf. During a recent thermal scan we identified a power factor correction unit that was quite dusty, our high skilled industrial technicians cleaned the unit like new. Our skilled technicians carried out the correct lock out tag out procedure, tested for voktage, discharged the capacitors and then carried cleaning and testing as prescribed by the manufacturer. The finished product is outstanding and the fans sounded much happier. Industrial maintenance will make you equipment last longer and perform as it should.

A sneak peak at the latest panel being built, programmed and soon to be installed and commissioned, this particular panel is a replacement for an existing panel in need of update, the existing machine will remain and panel has been designed to minimize any modifications needed to existing cabling. Thermal imaging can detect issues in your electrical system before they become an issue, at WG Electrical we carry out thermal imaginging but we don't just stop there, if a defect is found and can be corrected immediately we will complete the repair, we picture every item we scan, we complete the majority of the report on site recording all the particulars of the devices along with the current, this reduces the amount of time waiting for the report to be completed.

Another Splash pad control system installed and commissioned. This particular splash pad and 21 features, so 21 water valves, we designed, programmed and commissioned the system . This particular system had 10 individual programmable sequences that are activated based on the second the start button is pressed giving a near random appearance.

One of our customers called late friday afternoon needing a panel rebuilt for a Splash Pad that was scheduled to open Monday afternoon. With out an enclosure on hand we rebuilt the control panel in the existing enclosure, the panel had surface rust that we had to mitigate, but the customer has a complete new plc system ready for install monday morning.

Fresh air make up system designed, programmed, installed and commissioned by ourselves at WG Electrical, the customer had large extract fans above steam kettles that when the ran it created a vacuum in the building that in turn starved propane ovens of air, our system used a differential pressure transducer to monitor the building pressure, with this fed into a plc and vfd it increased the speed of an incoming air fan to make up the air pressure.

Recent commissioning competed on 2 systems we built panels and programmed plcs for, a large municipal greenhouse that our system opens 8 large windows based on heat and closes if the wind speed gets too high, and the second a city fountain that was losing all its water when the wind blew, now with wind speed monitoring to lower the height of the jets.
