We had the privilege of attending the celebration of 50 years for Kraco Contracting
Here are some lessons learned from our 20+ years of relationship with them.
1️⃣ FAITH: Kraco doesn’t shy away from their beliefs in God, and points to it first and foremost as the pillar for their success. Faith is also the belief in something you cannot see, if you don’t believe you can achieve something you’ve never done, you’re probably right.
2️⃣ COMMUNITY: the community you serve is paramount to your success. Get involved, support local initiatives as well as the school your children attend.
3️⃣FAMILY: putting your family first is never the wrong answer
4️⃣SERVE LOCAL: you don’t have to travel for work, serve in the community you live in.
5️⃣TAKE ACTION: “if your goal is to one day have a business of your own, why don’t you start a business of your own right now” this was the Response, sitting in Rudy’s office across from him at his desk, as a teenager after sharing my future goals of starting a business,
Grateful to William for Starting the company in 1976 I’m fortunate to have passed him many sheets of plywood up extension ladders over my time with them,
I will dig up more photos of projects as they continue to celebrate their 50th year serving my home town and community of Clarington
