✅ Has reliable transportation to and from our shop
✅ Isn’t afraid of physical work
✅ Can follow instructions and work as part of a team
✅ Is willing to learn new skills
✅ Can handle a shovel and rake (or is willing to learn!)
✅ Wants the opportunity to operate small equipment
