The installation was okay, but the cleanup was not to my expectations, the shop vac produced more dust than it cleaned up resulting in my having to vacuum and dust the living room dining room and kitchen , there was a fine white powder of dust on everything. I'm a senior with an ill husband so I certainly didn't need the extra 2 plus hours of cleaning. I also didn't realize the new patio door had a rise of 31/2 inches higher than my old sill plate, which I commented to the installer and now poses as a trip hazard when exiting and entering the house . I have already tripped twice second time resulted in my spilling a dish of meat and barbecue sauce all over the new sliding doors and staining the white trim and caulking. My advice is make sure what your buying is what you really want not what they offer as a product, should have shopped more or chosen a different patio door, be informed or live with the consequences."
