This project, was completed at the beginning of May, transformed an unused attic void into 70 sq. ft. of clean, functional storage space.
We replaced the small attic hatch with a standard door for easy access, installed a solid plywood floor, insulated the space, then finished it with new drywall, primer, paint, trim, and colonial baseboards.

A simple change that added both convenience and valuable usable space to this home

This Burlington home was ready for a flooring upgrade, and the homeowners selected a beautiful wide and long plank luxury vinyl that really elevates the space. We installed it throughout the entire main floor of the bungalow, creating a seamless and modern look.
To complement the new flooring, we added fresh 5 ½” baseboards, which help tie everything together and give the home a clean, finished feel.
While on site, the homeowners also asked us to update the railing spindles. Once the oak handrail and posts are painted, this feature is really going to stand out and bring the whole space together.

Back in October we completed a flooring project in Hespeler, where we removed the existing carpet and baseboards to prepare the space for an updated look. Our team installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level, giving the home a more modern and durable finish. To complete the transformation, we added new 3 1/2-inch colonial trim, tying everything together with a clean, refined look.
We’re very happy with how this project turned out and the overall transformation of the space.

This project took place during a cold week in October in Burlington. We started by preparing the space, clearing out debris such as nails, hangers, and other typical garage clutter to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
To improve soundproofing and overall insulation, we installed Rockwool Safe’n’Sound insulation in the ceiling cavity.
We then installed new 1/2" drywall on the ceiling and carried out extensive drywall repairs on the existing walls to restore a smooth, uniform surface. Door brackets were removed to allow for a cleaner, more seamless drywall finish throughout the space.
With additional mudding and the use of heaters to properly cure the compound in colder conditions, we brought the project to a stage where it was fully prepped and ready for painting and epoxy coating.

We completed a full demolition and renovation of this basement space in Burlington back in September. The existing 12x12 ceiling tiles, wood paneling, and outdated finishes were removed to prepare for a complete upgrade.
Structural improvements included upgrading exterior walls to 2x4 framing and installing new insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort.
All electrical work was updated and installed to meet current code requirements.
Following the rough-in phase, we installed new drywall throughout, completed professional painting, and added new flooring to modernize the space.
The project was finalized with the installation of doors, baseboards, and trim, delivering a clean and fully finished basement ready for use.
