Its re"vaulting" how much work is involved in vaults. I could personally do without them in houses I tape haha, but they make a great statement. Here's a little Peak at a vault I taped today. I have some catching up to do in areas,I ran out of time so dont be alarmed that things are not complete in some areas.... I know.

*Venetian Plaster Update*

I put a second coat on this morning, it's taking shape. I'm going to apply 1 more coat at the very least. Then see where that takes me . Here's some photos of next coat.

❤️ VENETIAN PLASTER ❤️

Been a while since I've posted. In lieu of picking up another Venetian Plaster job I figured I'd post some pics. Applied first coat today so there's not much to see yet, but will keep updating.

I've also been working a 11000 board ft house solo. Which has humbled me. I'm trying to veer away from drywall taping and into Venetian Platering full time, therefore the lack of posting taping work. It's a work in progress, but hoping someday it'll be a dream come true.

For those of you who don't know, Venetian Platster dates back to roman times. Over 7000 years this art has been practiced. Once upon a time this Application was fit for only kings who could afford it. Now you can be a King to. This Plaster product is mixed with crushed marble, and tinted with paint depending on clients idea. Then buffed and waxed , creating a polished surface like marble tile. Little update on my Roman clay fireplace project!

*The sun was setting so the pictures aren't the greatest but you get the idea*

All it needs is a buff and coat of wax. All Roman Clay and Venetian plaster applications are finished with a water proof wax so they can be cleaned , touched and whiped. Making them great applications for heavy moisture areas like bathrooms! Will upload more pictures tomorrow once completed!
