Meet Zac!

Zac joined our team this spring and came with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and began working as a project coordinator for heavy industrial projects all over Saskatchewan. He then began his career in commercial construction working on various projects in Regina and eventually moved to Manitoba and started his career as a project manager. Zack’s knowledge and expertise in this industry has made him a major asset to our team. When Zac’s not at work he enjoys doing activities outdoors with his spouse and 2 kids.

Say Hello to Raegan,

She joined are team in the spring of 2026 and has been a wonderful addition. Whether you call or stop by the office, you’re sure to be greeted with a quick smile and a thoughtful welcome.

She came to us from the healthcare industry and brought with her the patience and decorum required in a busy office environment. Her efficiency and organization keep everything in its place, and she has quickly become a true “Jane-of-all-things” around the office. Raegan has taken on the plethora of jobs thrown her way with ease and a great attitude. She has also quickly become the Penny whisperer to our new furry friend!

Say Hello to A***n,

A***n joined us early this year and has the role of our project coordinator. He has earned his Civil Engineering Technician degree at both Seneca Polytechnic in Toronto and The Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda India. A***n’s education and go-getter personality allow him to multi-task coordinating our many projects between our project managers, subtrades, and clients. A***n’s high energy and positive spirit make a great addition to our team. Outside of work you can find A***n on the road exploring new places.

We are hiring!

CW2 Construction and Design Ltd. is looking for Journeymen Red Seal carpenters, foremen, apprentices, and skilled labourers to join our ever growing commercial construction team.

CW2 offers ICI standard commercial wages and benefits upon 3 month probationary period approval. Desired applicants must have a minimum of a class 5 driver’s license, be team oriented, be punctual, and strive to create a healthy working environment. Opportunity for extended trips to Northern job sites with Northern pay rates.

Knowledge CW2 deems an asset for applicants:
- Framing, steel stud application, drywall, t-bar ceilings, interior finishing, concrete forming and finishing, commercial doors and hardware, supervisory skills.

Christian oversees accounts payable, payroll, and more. A graduate of Assiniboine College and Brandon University (Honours in Accounting), he’s now working toward his CPA designation.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Christian fits right in. Outside of work, you’ll often find him at the gym, listening to audiobooks, or walking his French bulldog.
