Join Our Dynamic Painting Team in Brandon, Manitoba

We're on the hunt for motivated individuals to become part of our high-performing painting team. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we're looking for people with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist skilled painters with setup, material handling, and cleanup
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, taping, and applying protective coverings
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture using various tools and techniques
- Use primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats
- Remove old finishes through stripping, sanding, or water and pressure washing
- Maintain a clean workspace and store paint and equipment properly
- Collaborate with painters to ensure timely completion of projects to our high standards
- Prioritize site safety and complete pre-use equipment inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

- Self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Experience working in a team environment
- Painting experience is an asset, but not required
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols

Job Details:

- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary: starting rate $18 per hour
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various job sites in Brandon, MB

Prreferred Qualifications:

- 1+ year of painting experience
