This Terry Fox Day, we honour the courage, conviction and lasting legacy of a Canadian who turned what he believed in into action, and inspired generations to do the same.

𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘁.

In June, our team was pleased to lend a hand during J.R. Reid School’s swing build day, delivering wood chips and bringing in a skid steer to help volunteers transport and spread them.

Earlier this month, representatives from the J R Reid Parent Council visited our office with a commemorative plaque and a thank-you poster signed by students. It was a thoughtful gesture and a wonderful reminder of what can be accomplished when a community comes together.

Thank you for the visit, and here’s to many happy years of swinging, playing and making memories at J.R. Reid School.
